Casey Blaylock is an abused wife from a small town in northern Georgia. She grew up in a loving, Christian home with her brother, Barry. Barry is in prison for murder/armed robbery and their parents were killed in a car accident coming home from a visit to the prison to see Barry. At age 18 Casey marries Charles Blaylock and she has to cut herself off from everyone she knows. Casey is not allowed to write or visit Barry in prison. Charles Blaylock is a top-notch auto mechanic well known in three states. Charles and Casey get married and though Charles loves Casey it doesn't take long for him to become abusive. They have three children and live in the home left to Casey by her parents. Casey has no family or money of her own but she prays for God to show her what to do and begins to form a plan. One summer day Casey packs the car, takes the children and disappears. When Charles comes home from work and finds his family gone he goes into a rage. He looks for Casey where he thinks she might be but can't find her. He then hires a private investigator to help him find his family. However, Charles has an accident and gets amnesia and not only forgets that his family is missing, he doesn't even remember them. Casey is supporting her family and making a decent life for them. Then tragedy strikes. Her daughter is hit by a car and is in a coma near death. Will this tragedy bring them back together?
