This study on Augustine's interpretation of the liturgy and the Bible shows a connection between his understanding of the sacraments and of Scripture using the example of Ad inquisitiones Ianuarii and other documents in the Easter context. Augustine unfolds a hermeneutic method to look at the Bible and the liturgy. His understanding of form and content is also practically applied by Augustine in preaching.
