Each German stainless-steel blade is hand ground, polished and sharpened to the ideal angle. Double bolsters and the company's signature Curve® promote optimal hand position and leverage. Ergonomic full-tang handles are crafted of richly grained, ash-hued PakkaWood. This set includes seven essential knives, six steak knives, a space-saving magnetic storage block and a two-stage sharpener.
