"sea salt." is a collection of poetry written in 2018 by upcoming Canadian poet, Samantha Shea. It spans over several months, chronicling Samantha's journey through loss, depression and anxiety, healing, and self-discovery. Samantha uses vivid natural imagery and metaphor to journey through varying stages of healing, in free-verse poetry with influences from both traditional and modern styles.
