While not exactly luau music, is steeped in island tradition. Made up of historical recordings highlighting the Hawaiian music craze of the early part of the 20th century, these 23 songs range in origin from Trinidad, Argentina, France, Greece, and more and feature a style quite removed from 's These gritty recordings have an earthy, bluesy feel to them much more akin to a Delta blues or pedal steel guitar sound, but at times have a wacky vaudeville/ragtime feel.
