At 11 inches by 5.5 inches (a little narrower than a standard sheet of printer paper, in other words) these Paper Towels are optimally sized for wiping countertops after a busy baking session, cleaning up a cast iron skillet after pan-searing a steak, or a lining a plate for resting freshly-fried bacon strips or panko-crusted fish. And in a pinch, they make a pretty great napkin at a picnic or barbecue, too.
