By sending your footwear back to us, you're putting them in the hands of experts who can rebuild them using the same last and materials used in their original construction. With our standard package, we start by replacing the heels, outsoles and welt and then hand polish and refinish the uppers. Over the last decade we've recrafted more than 500,000 styles, keeping footwear out of landfills and in your closet so they can continue being part of your journey.
