This is a fictional account of the author's experiences with a feral cat family. Much of the story is ,however, based on fact. The Kittens and Big Head all exist, as did the cat condo and the cat igloo. The kittens did bring the author a present at the end of winter. The writer was able to have all but one of he cats spayed and neutered and given rabies vaccines, the remaining one could not be trapped. It is a story designed to be read to/by children in the 4-12 age range. Some of the words are large,but easily explained and I have great faith in a young person's ability to comprehend and assimilate new vocabulary. The book is divided into 3 episodes to appeal to shorter attention spans. Blank pages are included for readers' artistic expressions.
