Published in 1954 by Ajax-Farrell, it lasted 3 issues. The comics reprinted the original stories by Chesler Comics. Steve Drake, an FBI Agent, was a Cold War avenger known as the Black Cobra. He was assisted by his sidekick, the Cobra Kid. He had no superpowers, but his costume was made from a special bulletproof plastic Drake had invented.
