Mitch and his little sister, Haley, unleash Bernie, a teenage fashion diva, from a bottle of star dust. They've got three days to clean up their mess and get Bernie back in her bottle before their dad comes home to discover their secret. But all the girls in town are in a tizzy over the Glimmer Girl Contest and Bernie isn't about to miss her chance on the runway. Mitch will do anything to get Bernie back in that bottle, even if it means making a promise he doesn't intend to keep.
