The fourth chapter of the Devil's Nightmare brings the war between the Process and John "Mac" McKenzie to the heartland of America, where new participants to the fight are introduced by the Process. With the odds building up against the Wolf Pack, can they overcome these new additions of the Process, or will they finally taste defeat at the hands of the Satanists.
