It is a paradox to have a non-innovative practitioner as leader guiding an organization to attain either market dominance or market relevance in the present upraise of super-industrial revolution. It is exercise in futility. It never works, and it is mere disaster waiting for an intelligent excuse to happen. The easiest way to change an organization today is to change the vision, nay, the leader. If you have an innovative leader in place, then, the result must be different.
