FRANCK ROUSSEAU, the director of a non-profit based in Paris, will be part of the international aid response to the crisis. His non-governmental organisation, whose mandate is to put a smile back on people's faces through laughter, is on the brink of extinction, but he will unite a crack team to get the job done, and make Suristani children laugh in the face of war.
