A group of strangers rides together in a van when they accidentally hit a hiker at night. The woman survives but is in need of medical help. The group decides to take her to the nearest hospital. After letting her in the van, they soon realize they've made a grave mistake. The horror film, co-directed by Ra?l Cerezo and Fernando Gonz?lez G?mez, participated in the Sitges International Film Festival in 2021.
