Penguin was too scared to swim. Each time he entered the water, he would freeze with fear that he would drown, so he would end up sitting on the shore watching his friends play. One of his friends, a seal, has an idea. He brings Penguin things to help him get over his fear, starting with flippers. But Penguin is still too scared to enter the water, so each day, the seal brings him something different to help him till, at last, Penguin can play in the water. However, penguins cannot swim with flippers or goggles on, so when the seal gets into trouble, Penguin understands that he may not need anything but courage to help his friend in the sea.
