With their Christian take on teen pop, PureNRG are just the distilled form of sugared sunshine their name would imply. While NRG could imply a '90s dance music style (and they do incorporate high-octane techno synths on tracks like "It's All About You"), the music on THE REAL THING tends more for the purely-aughts Disney-style of clean-cut pop-rock, a neat hodge podge of bells, whistles, and fluttering vocals.
