In his book, 'The Three Heavens' Paul Hitchiner takes a fresh, and often critical look at modern Christianity. He brings out a number of scriptures with a logic that seems to indicate that many churches are deviating from the simple and basic Gospel of Salvation that is shown in the Bible. He shows the need to have a faith that is backed up with good works and a freedom from sin that can only be achieved by going through the cross of the Saviour, Jesus Christ. Paul Hitchiner is a retired Civil Engineer in Liverpool (UK). He has been married for 43 years and has three grown-up daughters. Now 75 years old his lifetime experience of church life includes teenage years in a Brethren Church, a House Church for 24 years, 10 years in an independent Youth Church and is now 12 years in an Anglican Church where he has become Warden and Elder.
