Tomi and Dante were enduring marriage until one final storm hit their vows. Now they're in the middle of finalizing their divorce. Dante lives states away and has already moved on. Focused on her struggling clothing store, Tomi elicits the help of a loan officer, Kenny, to get her store in a better place financially, and the budding of a new romance ensues as she moves on too.
