Set at the climatic years of the Golden of Piracy, the Tides of Monochrome follows the adventures of two unlikely seafarers, an unsuspecting street urchin and a glorified heroine with a shady past, whom overcome daring odds with both skill and magic, so that they may save the world from an unforeseeable cataclysm. Befriended by a prolific cast of legendary, piratical ne'er-do-wells of the 18th Century, these champions-at-sea band together in a series of misadventures throughout the High Seas, for they may find a means to preventing an all-out war between an alleged Pirate Republic and mercantile Empires of the Western World.
