Toju and Tosan, two seven-year-old friends, are able to travel to Bible times, using the time caps Toju's scientist father invented. In this adventure, they visit the famous Zacchaeus of the Bible and discover that short can be very tall indeed. For though Zacchaeus is short in height, he is very tall in determination, and this wins him an immensely precious prize!
