In February 2018, 17 teenagers lost their lives in a shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida. This prompted their fellow students to rise up and rally against the gun control legislation in the US. Us Kids is a documentary film that centers on the March For Our Lives movement, following survivors like Emma Gonzalez, Samantha Fuentes, Cameron Kasky, David Hogg, and the teenage activists who are fighting for change.
