Charlie is a happy little boy. He is an only child who plays happily for hours at a time either by himself or with his best friends: his dog, Logan, and Rogue the dragon, who lives in the backyard and is visible only to Charlie. Then, one day, Charlie's parents bring home a basket holding a little bundle wrapped in a blue blanket.
