Men and women are not only different by appearance, but obvious genetically inherited sexual differences are universally accepted throughout the world. And while modern societies outlaw and detest the reprehensible behavior of rapists, in some cultures, government will turn their cheeks and blame the victims. Why is it that rape and murder are almost exclusively a male bastion? Ever hear of a serial female rapist? How about a serial killer who is a woman? Never?
