Our pre-brined Willie Bird turkey offers a convenient alternative. Raised in Northern California on natural grains, free of antibiotics and hormones, the turkeys are brined using a recipe based on our best-selling autumn fruit and spice blend. The resulting turkey is savory, succulent and not overly salty, with hints of apple, lemon, garlic and rosemary.
