The contributions cover a broad range of fields including writing (books and poetry), medicine (nurse and doctor), education, science (mathematics, botany, astronomy, chemistry, physics, etc.), law, social reform (especially women's suffrage), inventing, business, religion, politics (queens, presidents, ambassadors, etc.), sports (Olympics), aviation, and space. The information is arranged by region and alphabetically by country. Each entry contains the woman's name, key dates together with biographical information about her achievements and recognition or awards.
