Fox Feature Syndicate Inc, published ZOOT COMICS #9 in October of 1947. The cover art is by Jack Kamen. ZOOT COMICS #9 has three complete comic stories. There are two Tales starring Rulah the jungle goddess with art probably done by Matt Baker and the third story is a private detective/humor yarn starring Dick Transom. There is also a two page prose story, "AFRICAN TREASURE HUNT" and a one page feature on "THE PRIVATE LIVES OF JUNGLE FOLK." A 36 page masterpiece
