This vinyasa class infuses sunshine into an interactive, upbeat, vinyasa class with purposeful sequencing to achieve just the right amount sweat…or should we say, glow? Sally brings a joy to her practice that encourages her students to exercise their giggle and sparkle in every aspect of life, both on and off the mat. Class is $10, proceeds to benefit Sweet Om Alabama; register in advance, space is limited.
